1. Discuss your layout and project scope
Start with photos, rough dimensions and the material you have in mind. Tell us whether the project involves new cabinets, an existing kitchen, an island or a bathroom vanity. We will discuss the included work, selections and any site requirements.
2. Confirm final measurements and specifications
Final measurements depend on the installation conditions. Cabinet position, level and readiness, along with sink and appliance specifications, affect fabrication. Ask our team when cabinets must be ready and which items or documents must be available.
- Provide the exact sink, cooktop and faucet specifications.
- Discuss seam placement, exposed edges, backsplashes and overhangs.
- Confirm support requirements and any access limitations.
3. Fabricate the selected surface
Once measurements and selections are finalized, we prepare the material for installation. Depending on the scope, this includes slab cutting, sink and cooktop openings, edge finishing, faucet holes and seam preparation. Confirm any changes before fabrication begins.
4. Prepare your home for delivery
Plan ahead to keep the installation area accessible. Coordinate related trades and responsibilities with our team; do not assume plumbing, electrical, demolition or appliance reconnection is included unless it appears in the agreed scope.
- Clear counters and the agreed work area.
- Keep the delivery route, doorways and parking access clear.
- Keep children and pets away from the work area.
- Discuss stairs, tight turns and oversized pieces in advance.
- Confirm who handles disconnection, removal and reconnection.
5. Fit, finish and review
Our team places and fits the countertop sections, checks the planned openings and seams, and completes the finishing work in the agreed scope. Review the completed work and care instructions with us before putting the surface into use. Timing depends on material availability, site readiness and project details.
